The furniture exchange offer is valid on most used furniture. However, the final decision will depend on our partners (Zefo/Quikr), after evaluation/inspection of the condition of the product.

Once you’re done choosing your products, simply enter your voucher code right above the ‘Check Out’ button on the Cart page.

When will my exchange voucher expire?
Your exchange voucher is valid for 1 year from the date you received your voucher.

Can I return my exchange voucher for cash?
These vouchers are of no value in cash or credit. They can only be used to buy new furniture on urbanladder.com, the Urban Ladder app or at our retail stores.
