It is a monthly contest that ends on the last day of the month. Results will be announced on the first week of the next month on Facebook. Winner will also get intimated by way of comment on their contest entry.
One winner will be chosen from the entries submitted.
The contest is open only to Indian residents residing in the cities - Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, Ambala, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam.
A person is allowed to have more than one entry. Spammy, obscene or inflammatory pictures or comments will lead to immediate disqualification.
In case the product is unavailable, a product of equal value will be awarded. There will be no cash rewards.
Entries received after the contest window closes will not be entertained.
The winners will be decided by the Urban Ladder team and that decision will be final.
Urban Ladder reserves the right at any time, with or without cause, to:
change the terms and conditions of this contest
decide the winners of this contest
deny or terminate a user’s participation in this contest
terminate the contest
Urban Ladder reserves the right to use the submitted text and picture without any compensation. We may use the submitted picture on our Facebook page or newsletter or the website or in other promotional material.
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The information provided will only be used to identify you and your contribution as your own.
Participants must agree not to post or provide any content that belongs to any person other than themselves unless they first obtain permission to do so, and to grant to us the rights granted in this agreement, from that person.
Every participant must agree and undertake to participate in this contest only to post and upload messages or photographs that are proper. violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
