- Lots, actually! You can save your look to edit later, share it on the Urban Ladder inspirations wall, where it will get compliments from other App users, or even better, shop all the products in your look!
- I’m unable to find the products I want for the room creator. What do I do?
- We’re currently taking baby steps with the room creator tool and are adding more products to it every day. Please try again in a couple of days. And thanks for being so patient! You can also mail us at feedback+app@urbanladder.com and we will try our best to make the specific product available as soon as possible!
- I want to buy the products from a look I created. But some of them are out of stock. What do I do?
- Ouch,sorry about that! Go ahead and buy the products that are currently available. Add the out of stock items to your wish list and we will notify you the moment they are back. God promise!
- I already have the Urban Ladder App. Is there anything I need to do to access this feature?
- All you need to do is update your app to the latest version and you are good to go!
- Is the feature available on all phones?
- For now, this feature will be available only on Android. We will be on iOS soon-very soon!
- Is the feature a tool unique to Urban Ladder?
- Yes, of course! In fact, this is a first-of-its-kind tool to be released in India, and we’re super excited about it!
- I am facing some glitches with the UL App. What do I do?
