Recommendations for Daily Maintenance

For Glass or Ceramic tops

• Please do not use the glass/ceramic as a cutting (chopping) surface.
• Please do not place very hot or very cold items on the glass surface unless adequately thick table mats are used to prevent such items from coming into contact with the glass.
• Please do not strike the glass or ceramic top with hard or sharp objects.
• When cleaning glass or ceramic tops, please use a damp cloth in soft circular motions. Afterwards please use a dry cloth to wipe away any moisture.
• Washing liquid like glass cleaners, soft soaps could be considered to use as supplementary during stain cleaning.
• Please do not use washing powders or any other substances containing abrasives since these substances might scratch the tops.
• Please avoid placing products in the immediate vicinity of a heater or air conditioner. The heat and humidity might cause cracks or deformities to some degree.
• For Indoor use only

For Metal frame and legs

• Please remove dust regularly with a dry cloth.
• Please do not get in direct contact with objects which might scratch the metal surface.
• Please avoid striking the table leg directly when shifting the chair, as it can leave the scratches.

• This product comes with a 24 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Fabrics, leatherettes and leathers, if used, will not be covered by the above Warranty. Only our Luxe range of fabrics will be covered under 36 months warranty.

• There can be a minimal variation in color and finish of the products sold from time to time
• There can be a minimal variation in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.
• Our products are designed for the sole purpose of residential usage, hence any usage beyond this will lead to a void of warranty.
• Termite & Fungus will not be covered under the warranty.
• Please note that this warranty does not extend to electrical components.

• Note: Please do not unbox or assemble the product yourself. Cancellations/ Returns/ Warranty will be void if not unboxed or assembled by Urban Ladder authorized furniture experts.

• NOTE : Urban Ladder makes all efforts to ensure that products with wood finishes like Teak, Mahogany etc are colour matched to ensure minimum variations between other products of the same colour. There could be minor variations in colour especially over different batches of products over a period of time.  Please consider this while adding products to your existing furniture set.
