Customer Referral Program Structure

The Process:

1) The referral program is open to all existing UL customers who have successfully placed a modular order or furniture order with UL in the past

2) The eligible customer (referrer) can share the reference(s) by filling the form (link) or emailing us at hello@urbanladder.com

3) If the referred customer (referee) successfully places an order (45% payment of project value) with Urban Interiors, the referrer will be awarded a "referral bonus" according to the project value of referred customer as per the slabs mentioned below

5) The referral bonus will be paid to the referrer immediately after the referred customer confirms their modular order with 45% payment

6) TDS applicable is 5% or 10% of bonus value as applicable.

Terms & Conditions:

• An eligible / valid referrer is the one who have successfully placed a modular order or furniture order with UL in the past
• An eligible / valid customer can refer 'N' number of new customers in the given financial year
• A "reference" is only valid when the referred details are new & not present in the UL system through any of the existing leadgen channels
• The referrer details will be validated against their unique order number, registered email-id & registered mobile number before the bonus payout
• The bonus will be credited only after the verification of mandatory documentation shared by referrer
