Can I arrange a video call from your store?
Yes, we do provide an option to Shop over a video call. You can choose the product you like the video call to be arranged for. You will get an option on the bottom-left corner on the website. On clicking the video icon, you will be given the option to choose the Reserve slot for the video call if none of our agents are available. Our retail/store team will call you at a chosen time to help you choose the product.

Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?
Yes! A small delivery fee will be applied based on your cart value which can be found on your cart page. Additional charges may apply If your delivery location is out of our service bounds.
Installation and clean-up after the delivery process are on us. Go ahead and fearlessly order away.

What are UL's standard delivery timelines?
Our delivery timelines vary for different locations. To know the tentative delivery date for your city, please enter your Pincode in the "Your Pincode" box available on the product page.
Once an order is placed, we will also share the delivery timelines in your order confirmation email.

How can I change my shipping address?
Sorry, once the order is placed there will be no option to amend your shipping address, due to regulatory issues.

Do you offer installation for the products?
1.For installation information, refer to the "Need Assembly" section in the Properties section on our product page.
2.Installation will be completed within 48 hours after delivery, and our delivery executive will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Note: Additional charges may apply to some product installations. Installation is not required for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) products.

Do you ship to foreign countries?
Currently, we do not have appropriate facilities to handle international orders. We only manage domestic orders, for select locations in India for select products.
