  • Can I purchase directly from stores?

    Yes, you can directly place an order from our Experience Centre near you. Our retail team will help you place an order of your choice. You can pay via Debit/Credit Card or Cash. Please note: Once the order is placed, you will need to wait for the given delivery timeline (which our store executive will inform you) and we will deliver accordingly. You would not be able to pick up the product directly from the store.

  • How can I check products in the store?

    In order to check if the particular product is available in store, you can enter the Pin code of your delivery location on the right side on the website. Once done, you can scroll down in the "Visit Our Stores" section to check which store has the above product and accordingly you can plan a visit to the said store.

  • How do I find the dimensions/properties of the product?

    You can find the product dimensions & properties when you scroll down on the product page through our website/app.

  • Do you customize your products?

    Sorry! We are unable to offer customization of any of our products. Having said that, we have a wide range of products available in varied choices of finish/shades/configurations and we will help you find a product suitable for your requirement.

  • Is it possible to know when a product is back in stock?

    We are trying to get most of our products back in stock as soon as possible. You can drop in your contact information in the 'Notify Me' section of the product page and we will keep you notified as soon as the product is restocked.

  • Need help to place an order

    You can place a new order by visiting nearest store or our website: www.urbanladder.com

    • Select the product(s) you like and click “Add to Cart”
    • You will be taken to a new page: “Cart”. Here you can check the total order value and also apply any vouchers by clicking “Apply Coupon/Vouchers”
    • Post that you will be taken to “Address” Page where you can edit/enter Shipping and Billing addresses.
    • Press “Save and Continue” & you will be directed to the last page: “Payment”. Here you can Choose a payment method. You can choose “Cards & EMIs (Credit/Debit) / UPI” and/or Redeem Gift Card.
    • Press the “Place Order” button at the bottom and you will get a Razorpay pop up, select any offer applicable for you and complete the payment to place the order.
    • If you do not want to go through online ordering, we can arrange a callback from our retail team who can help you place your order or you can visit our store to check products physically prior to placing a new order.
